Cornell Wedge is a multimedia journalist that lives in the Charlotte area. The various aspects of Cornell’s multimedia work exemplify his core values of reporting – accuracy, innovation and diversity.

He has been a news producer since graduating Florida A&M University. He currently works at Fox 46 Charlotte where he produces two morning newscasts a day. This includes writing multiple scripts and scouring social media for fresh content. He has also produced news in Albany, Georgia and Tucson Arizona. 

 

His love for sports shined when he got in the director chair. He produced and edited a short documentary called Slam Cam .
